Refund Policy

Please read carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and policies!

European countries have a shipping rate of success of 99.9%.
We make every effort to deliver our customers a satisfying shopping experience.

1. If you have not received your package and we still haven't received the package back after 40 business days - we will resend your order at no cost to you only one time for free! 
2. If the order that we resend did't arrived for the second time, we will not resend it for the third time for free or giving back a refund. We only send out orders if a customer is willing to accepts the risks. 
3. If your order has been confiscated, you will need to email us a seizure letter. After confirmation, we will resend your order only one time for free.
4. We do not ship to high risk countries: Finland, Norway,Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland. Contact us if you are not sure if your country falls under these conditions.
5. If the package is returned to the sender due to the unavailability of the recipient, it will not be shipped or refunded! Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and full first and last name.
6. All circumstances regarding return shipping will be considered on an individual basis. So, if you run into any issues, please contact our support team first via the contact form.
7. We may cancel your order and refund your payment before the package has been shipped
